Ronald Heise – The Visionary Behind H&H Fine Jewelry

Ronald Heise is the visionary behind H&H Fine Jewelry, bringing over 20 years of deep expertise to the global diamond and haute joaillerie industries. Born and raised in West Berlin, Germany, his extraordinary journey into the world of luxury craftsmanship began directly at the source: the diamond trade in Africa.

From 2004 to 2009, Ronald operated his own diamond mine in the resource-rich Kono region of Sierra Leone. His passion and sharp industry insight led him deeper into the African diamond trade over the following years, expanding operations into the Democratic Republic of the Congo (2010 and 2012), Guinea-Conakry, and several other countries across the continent. To master the entire value chain, he strategically expanded by establishing his own diamond cutting and polishing facility, which continues to supply prestigious diamond centers like Antwerp and other major global hubs to this day.

It was this profound connection to the raw gemstone and an intimate understanding of the perfect cut that inspired him to launch his own unparalleled line: H&H Fine Jewelry.

Today, Ronald designs luxurious diamond jewelry that is extravagantly handcrafted. His creations are defined by the finest details, technical innovation, and pure sophistication—such as the artistic floral line featuring kinetic elements, and rings with free-moving diamonds that capture light with every gesture. Under his leadership, the company employs over 60 highly skilled artisans, supplying discerning clients across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

His roots and mastery of high-end customization also bring his journey full circle back to his hometown of Berlin. For years, Ronald has worked closely with the historic Berlin-based watch manufacturer Askania. He oversees the exclusive diamond setting and embellishment for the heritage brand, meticulously frosting their cases, crowns, bezels, and dials with premium diamonds. Following years of successful collaboration in elevating these luxury timepieces, he was awarded the exclusive distribution rights for Askania Watches in the United States.
